Elevator Inspections

The state of New Hampshire has recently changed the requirements for state elevator inspections. 

As of 1/1/2008 it will be required that, in addition to your elevator company being present for the annual inspection, you must have a fire alarm service company present as well.  This is to ensure that, in the event of a fire, your elevator’s primary and secondary recall functions are working properly.

STANDARD SERVICE COVERAGES

• Emergency Service during normal business hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
• 100% of Labor and Travel expense is covered during normal business hours.

• Every device in the system is tested during each service period to insure 100% performance.
• Smoke detectors are cleaned to insure trouble free operation.
• Sprinkler tamper and flow switches are electrically tested to insure proper operation.
• Control Panels and wiring connections are tested in all normal modes of operation
• Written documentation of all test and inspections is provided
• Upon your request, our office will provide your insurance company or Local municipal authorities with substantiation of compliance with their testing and maintenance requirements.
